Canon Dancer Button 1 is working as button 2
Hi, I had picked up Osman and my button 1 seems to do the action of button 2 even though button 2 works fine. I had tried numerous boards and even done test mode and everything checks out correct in my wiring. I have previously owned this board before and have never had any problems with it and the test mode offers no solution. Anyone ever run into this problem or have a suggestion?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Does b1 do the action of 1+2 or just 2? Does button 3 do anything? Is it an original or one of the many conversions Korean sellers have been putting on ebay?

I got it from a respected member here so I'm guessing it is legit. Is there a way I can tell?

Original. In test mode did button 1 change the settings? Are any pin legs on the underside of the board bent over and touching?

Yes, B1 and B2 both change the settings, and I can use the stick to navigate the menu no problem. There are definitely pins bent over on the back, but nothing is touching. I am also playing this on an E2 and tested on an E3 as well.

Sounds like you'll need to send it to someone to be looked at then. Somehow B1+2 are shorted together.

I would if I was in the states, but I'm not. Channelmaniac is the one to track down.
