Corpse Party: Blood Drive was announced for PS Vita two weeks ago. It's going to be a sequel to Corpse Party: Book of Shadows (the second game), and supposeldy the last part of the Heavenly Host story line.

Yes, it`s for Vita. But Corpse Party 2 is still PC only for the time being.

Anyone pick up Soul Sacrifice? Pretty expensive, I'd have to buy a Vita for it.

Corpse party is like Touhou in that regard. Dunno if you really haven't played but if you haven't go get it... One of the best suspense and terror stories for a videoconsole.

I essentially did buy a Vita for it. Because my first one has an eCFW installed (=I can run PSP isos/homebrew), I really didn't want to upgrade it and lose this.
So I bought a relatively inexpensive used PSV. I haven't purchased Soul Sacrifice yet (got too much backlog at the moment), but I do intend to get it sooner or later.

It's the only game I've any interest in playing on it (so far), I loved my PSP, I imported a Japanese model with RR day one.
Vita's cat isn't doing it for me. The console itself looks like a great piece of kit, though.

edit: I didn't know Persona 4 was available. Hmm.

I got Soul Sacrifice recently. It's really good! Very fun and satisfying. Definitely up there in the small list of Vita games worth getting so far.

Besides Muramasa Rebirth, I have to admit there isn't much left I'm looking forward to for Vita.

I'm always amazed at how many people are looking forward to a port of a Wii game by Vanillaware and not Vanillaware's next game...

Here we go... Teenagers saving the world version 236... At least the character designs look neat and they aren't sexualized. And the setting looks interesting, it has a Shin Megami Tensei vibe (?).

Once again, I've yet to know an entertainment industry besides japanese that has had so many interesting settings for their RPG's and have completely ruined then.

There it goes to my list anyway...

Pinball Arcade free for PS+ subscribers now. And of course the PSN store is acting up and throwing random errors at me. It's actually what I expect whenever I open the PSN store nowadays.

Also there's now a bundle with a lot of tables for 30$. So yeah if you like Pinball and for some reason haven't bought those already, now is a good time to be a PS3/Vita owner.

Pinball Arcade shows as a demo in the live area, is that normal?

Edit: no it is not. god damn Sony, hire some competent people to manage the store already.

You mean on the user interface? I still have Pinball Arcade on my first Vita with the lower firmware, but it isn't shown as demo there.

Read my edit. I seemingly can't get the full version now because Sony screwed up something on their store.

I totally admit that this made me happy to see. Triple bonus for having the jump sound from "Pitfall!" by Activision for the 2600 be the "Outside The Arena" sound in the game.

This is looking interesting. *Dang it*.

I may end up having to buy one of these anyway.

Now this thing just looks flat-out weird to me. No interest.

Freedom Wars looks to be yet another Monster Hunter clone. I guess these have finally taken over from turn-based RPGs as the "default genre" of Japanese gaming.

Pinball Arcade still not available. Sony probably took a vacation to celebrate after they saw the Xbox reveal.

I still haven't been online again; I've just updated my secondary Vita to 2.05 (the firware included with Soul Sacrifice). Have you considered sending a message to the customer service of PSN?

One surprising benefit of the latest optional Vita patch is that all online aspects (store, browser, and checking for updates) seem to be faster.

I DLed it last night via PS3 without any problems...could something else be causing the problems on your end?
