What is the best free music hosting site?

I was just wondering because i wan't to put the Dracula Battle Perfect Selection version of 'Bloody Tears' on my profile and i need a place to host it... for free?

Very cool song without a doubt, but unfortunately that would go against the Forum Rules, as it infringes on copyrights.

Not as cool as the Dracula Perfect Selection version where "Simmon" is coming after Dracula...
