Weiya ACV-011 CGA to VGA issues...

Hi!

I just bought a Weiya ACV-011 CGA to VGA Scaler in order to play Jamma games in my G-Balance cabinet but I tried to change every DIP switches settings but I can't have a picture displayed... I've tested on my TV and the problem is still the same... None of my systems worked on it (MVS, IGS PGM, Capcom CPS, etc...)

Is there anybody here with these scaler who made it work?
