My "problem" is that J-rock has been crammed into most modern animes. Guin Saga might be excluded, but it's a terrible adaptation of the books, so that's not really scoring too many points with me, either. Guess I'll just stick to the porn.

People come over and look at shit that is stacked nicely, pick it up, then put it back upside down, on top of other things that the item crushes/crushes a different item, in a wrong spot, hit it on something, drop it, etc. I just don't understand it. If it's not yours, you should probably be careful with it, no matter what it is. Take one goddamn second to notice where the item is you're about to touch, then put it back there, gently. Simple as that.

I personally missed the part from 0:32 to 0:57. The original chorus also had better flow. I think the remix's new segment would sound better if it was played on something softer (i.e. piano), though. I also actually prefer it when arrangers put some of their own tunes into their stuff and keep the resemblances subtle instead of following the original strictly.
About the second part, yeah, it's just Touhou fans being Touhou fans.

Crappy endings in fighting games. We get bosses full of BS-mechanics, zero recovery time, screen-filling moves they can pull off without charging, and when we finally beat that S.O.B., all we get is ONE screen with a closeup of the character saying "I defeated them all! I guess that makes me the strongest! YEAH!"?

I'm not expecting Dumas-esque storytelling. Just something that makes me feel the effort to read, anticipate and counter BS-based Final Boss number 798 was worth it. It's not like the janitor was in charge of doing those.
