Actually lately, I've been having that issue with a console game, Armored Core 2. I think there though its safe to say its my PS2 at fault.

(For the curious... sometimes, a sound effect will keep endlessly looping after a mission ends. Sometimes it stops when I begin a new mission. Two different copies of the game do this, so I can only assume its because I have a late-model PS2)

3) Those concrete pole things that are supposed to stop you from hitting things but instead you severely damage your vehicle because you just barely scraped it because you didn't want to enter the parking structure from the 'exit' side even though you could.

I'm not shipping there ANYMORE! I've been scammed for the last time this morning, and FUCK Paypal for never siding with the seller.
The problem is that I don't know if it's the buyers that are scamming me, or is the French postal system really so fucked up and beyond repair that people really aren't getting their packages 30 to 40% of the time. I'm literally at half a dozen packages shipped this year that haven't reached their destination for one reason or another, and so far ALL OF THEM have been destined for France. I'd love to name some names here, but it's never the same person / address / member twice, so I'm thinking that their postal system may just be the worst in the world.
I remember when I started shipping things people would say "ooh - be careful of Brazil", or "Watch out for those Italians!" No. In my history of doing business online, 99% of my charge backs and emails that say "heyyyy!! I'm never recieve no items! You refund me today!" come from France. I suggest the rest of you cut this place out of your "worldwide shipping" statements as well. You've been warned.

b) arrive at destination 1.5-2 months after shipment, possibly wet

Honestly, my experience with China Post has been pretty good so far, plenty of stuff arrived perfectly ok and in a reasonably timely fashion. Only thing I'm still waiting on is my Pink Bullets zine, taking ages.

The only country I ever had issues shipping to was Italy. Way too many lost (stolen) items, so eventually I had to blacklist. No issues receiving items from Italy though.

I love hearing the Radio and it broadcasts way better things than TV... MOST OF THE TIME.

I used to have this problem a lot. Really bad news when I'm wearing those stupid khaki pants that they require at my workplace. I trimmed down my pubes and it really helped.

Every single thing I send to Belgium is damaged or lost.

I've tried to send some stickers - fucking STICKERS 3 times now and they've been lost every time. I can't believe the person is scamming me because the stickers have no value and he's not paying for them, and would only ever need 7. I've sent over 40.

The XBLA port of Gunstar Heroes has a very barebones option screen. The game starts out windowed and if you want to adjust the screen size so it fits the screen without borders at the top and bottom, you can't do so with an accurate 4:3 aspect ratio because the screen adjust option has only a vertical and horizontal adjust via the controller, with no numerical or slider bar references to tell you how stretched the screen is, and no way to increase the vertical and horizontal size at the same time (unlike a good Cave game which lets you zoom in accurately without messing up the aspect ratio).

Basically, you stretch it vertically and sorta fudge the horizontal stretching until you think it's 4:3 and fits your TV. Ick.
