Unfortunately it'll probably be an eshop release, which means it'll be locked to your 3DS system instead of an account because Nintendo still doesn't have an account system in 2013 (lol).
Don't ever lose your 3DS if you have purchased any 3DS games online.

Yes, that's unfortunate. If around 10$, I'll be willing to give it a chance despite the risks involved. Of course I'd prefer a 39.99$ retail version.

I honestly don't give a shit about the eShop only thing because I've wanted this game due to being a G.REV fan with nothing to play their games on (well, okay, I do have a Dreamcast but it's not region modded/JP region). Definitely hoping it comes out in the US (which it probably will). Thank you G.REV.

There's hope for a U.S. release then. I would much prefer a physical release - doing so would probably push me into getting a 3DS, finally.
