Death Tank (Zwei)

Until recently my only reason to consider playing Duke Nukem 3D on Saturn was the premise that tank is controllable with a wheel. The other day I read about Death Tank and its sequel being somehow hidden in Duke Nukem 3D and PowerSlave for the Saturn. What is required to access those minigames and are they any good played by just one person?
P.S. Cool interview. If the guy worked on the Dark Alliance engine, now we're talking. He makes games development sound like a fun job.
