Thank goodness, indeed much better! Also, at the end there it seems to list what is included in the SLE, can anyone translate? I see stickers? Am I mistaken...?

No polygonal shmup FMV will ever top Giga Wing 2's opening, although Gradius V comes close.

If the only additional items in the SLE are more printed materials and CDs, I'm glad I went with the standard LE, which still has the steelbook case. At that price, they should have at least included a small figure, like with the LEs of Shikigami II (GC) and Mushihimesama (PS2).

EDIT: I did a quick google search for the contents of the Super Limited Edition and it seems like it's an 80 pages art book.

That's a much better intro... actually using those ship models and tossing around some bullet patterns.
I was always partial to the CG intro for Mars Matrix on DC (loved the bit where they show the evolution of the two craft).
Actually, Gradius III & IV has 2 intros. The III & IV one tops both of the aforementioned IMO, one of the best shmup intros ever - like a mini Gradius movie. In 1.5, your score will be multiplied by 1.5 once you get the overflow.

Quite a bit of SDOJ swag with the SLE set indeed. Glad I was able to pre-order one when it was made available again the 2nd time around through NCSX. The 1st time NCSX offered the 360 SDOJ SLE set, it sold out within less than 24 hours easily. Wasn't sure if it was going to be offered again or not.
An Ikeda signed SDOJ SLE toresetsu would just be extra icing on the cake. Perhaps some randomly signed toresetsus inserted in some random SLE sets would work wonders...how about it, Cave? It'd certainly be appropiate for such a highly-anticipated Cave 360 swan song shmup release. And does Ikeda make special guest apperances at the Cave Matsuri events?
