Can anyone make me new eproms for suicided Marvel VS SF JP?

I recently picked up a green japanese Marvel Super Heroes VS Street Fighter B-board that had been in the previous owners storage untouched for 10+ years. During that time the battery died and the board suicided. Can anyone help me restore this board? I am happy to pay to have new eprom chips made. I have a working US Marvel VS SF, but I need the Japanese version as it apparently was the best one released...
