Help me find this very unusual game

Alright, here's another one.

The game starts with a huge ship stuck in a canyon or crack on a planet.
The player is a surviving crew member that goes through the ship on foot with a gun.
One of the weapons is a mini black hole.
The ship is infested with aliens.
Organic bosses have hearts next to their life meeters and mechanical ones have engines.
The final boss is some demonic alien i think.

Help is appreciated.

I've just been playing this on SNK Classics 0 for PSP. Found it quite enjoyable.

I have to give these space dudes credit, they search every inch of the ship for survivors before blowing it. Most people would've taken one look at the infested animated corpses and floors covered in flesh and run screaming for an orbital strike.
