True point about the glue, but

Again, SNS carts have vents on the front, you can see a bit of the board from outside if you look carefully. If this is the back side then sure you can't see it, but if it's the front (which I think it probably is) then you probably would catch some light reflecting off that glue. The vents are wide enough to see most all of the lower ROMs and how they have been attached.

A couple years back, I received a Pop'n Music controller where the previous owner basically hot glued wires to a Playstation controller pcb. That was the summer I learned how to solder.

I am wondering why all the cyvern carts posted on this thread have a green sticker and the one of system 16 has a yellow sticker:

Maybe the yellow sticker was an early release, because it matchs the sticker style of the first kaneko super nova games.

Thank you very much RTW, I also believe that the green sticker has rounded shape on the corners of the sticker while the yellow sticker has square shape on the corners of the sticker (and a rounded border printed).

Would you be so nice to upload a close picture of one of the corners of your sticker?

My Cyvern kit is a bit inaccessible just now, but I can try to get to it later (feel free to remind me)

I spoke to a friend and the one with the green sticker is the USA version.

Looking closely to your picture, bottom left of the sticker, it seems to have a square shape + printed rounded shape. But it would be much better to have that new picture.

Black cart with green sticker has been used for the USA version but I'm not sure if there was a solid method for regions.
