You can upload them on youtube... depending on how bad the issues are, i ll also try recording them, since now i know how you guys are doing it...

But then I have to make them into videos and YouTube's quality distortion sucks. :(

Tell you what, I'll find what I have, someone else upload to YouTube and say where they got it from (and include original link for those who want original MP3s). All good?

Okay, here's what I got (noted the missing track with date of upload): http://www.mediafire.com/?4nku1resf7dgh6d

Probably better off with a re-record of every track looping twice + bit of third with fadeout to follow soundtrack convention, particularly for the tracks where the music was created with looping in mind (so stage 1 probably could do without). For those who just want to listen to the goddamn tracks other than Stage 1's African boss theme remix this'll do.

Thank youuu-
I can't get over how drastically different the two soundtrack's styles are. One sounds like a deranged, drugs and alcohol-fueled party, while the other is... uh, a mess of cold, lifeless sounds? I have trouble describing Akashicverse's soundtrack. It's certainly very electronic.
I wonder where Endless-Shirafu got these voice samples from. I'm also not competely sure what is said in those samples. Probably nothing of relevance. The robotic noise that greets us in the normal game does sound kinda like that "welcome to my world", though.

By the way, if you manage to sync them up and play both the normal version and the alternative arguments one side by side, it sounds pretty nice.

Shame there is no alternative arguments remix of stage 5 or 4. That could sound interesting.

hey thanks for this...
but still wanting the stage 1 boss theme..
and a rerecord would be appreciated

also, i hope they include alternative argument versions of every stage on next patch, maybe unlocking it by doing certain requirements, that would be awesome

I like to think that the world of Alternative Arguements is the world of the alternate self that you fight in stage 6. The special hidden methods you can use there look very similar to some of the methods the stage 6 boss uses.

It feels pointless to speculate about that, since I vaguely remember reading that Alternative Arguments is not meant to be in any way related to Malicious Wake's storyline (plus the story is not even out yet, ofc). But yeah, Subaru's Prismatic Squall looks somewhat like that one rainbow-colored method we could use in AA.

But that's pretty much where the similarities end. If you were to really overanalyze things, then Alternative Arguments' Attractant Other is slightly similar to Resentment Paranoia (or whatever its name was), since both decoys start shooting in multiple directions after a while. Also, neither Subaru nor the main character in AA have a proper Eliminator (but in return you get a powerful screen-clearing method that consumes 7 gauge, and Stage 6 boss has a vicious final attack that even has the Eliminator's icon). And like the time stop move, the Malicious Wake freezes the timer for the duration.

Speaking of Stage 6 final attack, it doesn't actually freeze the timer, does it? It substracts about two minutes from the remaining time once it's over, and I can't help but wonder: what for? It takes you just two or three Stage 6 runs to figure out that the final attack triggers when the boss drops below 2/3 health. So unless you automatically lose the game if you don't trigger the Malicious Wake, I see no reason to ever bother with it if you can't risk being obliterated by powerful bullets. That's the boring way to do it, though.

That's slightly interesting. I never bothered to try to time out stage 6, because it looks like a trivial thing to do - even with my low skill - and I'd check it out a little bit, but I'm at home now, enjoying the white Easter. Another time...

(Still waiting for a better version of Alternative Arguments Stage 2 and for any version of AA Stage 1 music if anyone has some time to kill.)

So that's it? Danger Prognosis: Garden of Dominators makes you actually invulnerable to all of Stage 6 boss' attacks, even the Malicious Wake? Geez, that's lame... Well, it is an extra stage after all, I guess, and it allows you to submit your score even if you die in that stage. And the boss herself gives almost no points. I won't lie, fighting her on Akashic mode is pretty fun the first few times. Then you discover how ridiculously overpowered some of your attacks are. Especially D. Prognosis: G.O.D. Yeah, "G.O.D" also stands for "GOD mode", doesn't it.

But that really is kind of like making Bullet Hell: Modern Warfare. You would expect something more from the genre.
Well, at least the game is really quite visually impressive...

Yeah I had noticed that too, though it's much more fun to battle the entire boss without using it anyway.

Actually, if D. P: G. O. D. stands for Danger Prognosis: Garden of Dominators, would you mind listing the full names for the abbreviated methods after you Phase Shift when you 1CC past stage 5? I only know the normal ones.

-Normal-
D. Scissors = Dread Scissors (ACT1 and ACT2)
A. Chaser = Annihilator Chaser
A. Stinger = Annihilator Stinger
A. Seed = Annihilator Seed
M. Rejector = Menace Rejector
B. Blast = Banish Blast
A. Other = Attractant Other
J. Driver = Jaunted Driver
D. Prognosis = Danger Prognosis
Eliminator = PHALAENOPSIS EXMACHINA

-Phase Shift-
D. Scissors 3 = ??? (ACT1 and ACT2)
A. Bud = ???
A. Anthesis = ???
A. Flower = ???
M. R: A. State = ???
H. State = ???
A. O: F. Love = ???
J. D: D. I. K. = ???
D. P: G. O. D. = Danger Prognosis: Garden of Dominators

Just looked up.
D. Scissors 3 = Dread Scissors (ACT3 and ACT4)
A. Bud = Annihilator Bud
A. Anthesis = Annihilator Anthesis
A. Flower = Annihilator Flower
M. R: A. State = Menace Rejector: Another State
H. Storm = ???(doesn't says anything different on the log panel)
A. O: F. Love = Attractant Other: Forbidden Love
J. D: D. I. K. = Jaunted Driver: Dancing In Kaleidoscope
D. P: G. O. D. = Danger Prognosis: Garden of Dominators

On related note someone should go ahead and make a list of all boss attack names just because.

Boss method names show up at the top during attacks, under their HP, player method names show up in the log when used. :P

Can someone tell me if there's a way to finish this game (on normal difficulty) without having to perform any of those annoying input methods?

Seriously, I hated this feature. 90% of the time I put them incorrectly, and I've never ever managed to do the eliminator, not even in the tutorial. Maybe that's why I suck on most fighting games, except for smash bros.

If that's not possible, then maybe someone could make a cheat engine formula or something to be able to input those methods by pressing only one key.

So basically, you want to remove the most important part of the game, that basically makes the scoring and the gameplay unique? Just go play a different game... :?

Indeed. Besides, just how many buttons would you need to have all those special attacks? Practice your execution for a bit, just like in fighting games those motions aren't really hard at all.

Are there any particular motions you are having special trouble with? From what I've seen they don't even require any strict timing so they are much easier than fighting game motions. So there's no need to input them too fast.

Well... basically the one I have most trouble with is the Eliminator. As I said before, could not perform it successfully at all yet.

I agree with anyone else, just practice, also don't press combination buttons too quickly, sometimes game doesn't registers them that way apparently(or that happens only for me :? ).
Though, if you are not playing for score just spam dread scissors and annihilator chaser/stinger/seed, their combinations are ridiculously easy(i used them the most when i was stuck with glitchy keyboard), and it's really possible, albeit hard, to finish the game without using much of methods, you just need dread scissors to cancel out stage 4 boss's final attack and that's pretty much the only time they are required(unless somebody found a way to dodge that attack :?: )

Do a 360º motion starting from down while holding the method button, then shoot. There's no need to perform it too quickly (there's no timing involved), and the game isn't too picky about what direction you end the move on (you don't need to always end on left/right as the command list says, you can end on down and you'll do it just fine).

What controller are you using? I imagine it could be annoying to input that on a keyboard, but you should have no problem with pads or sticks. Also, maybe you don't have the necessary energy to pull it off? If the move is darkened on the command list you can't perform it.

I just praticed it a bit... and well, now I'm getting them to work without any trouble. It's easier than I expected. Thank you for the encouragement, guys.

-EDIT-

By the way, what's the limit of usages of the Eliminator? Just 1 per stage?

I think it has a fill bar but I don't know what exactly causes the bar to increase. Essentially, yes, it's kind of once per stage.

And, yeah, the Method System takes a bit to get used to but it's pretty damn cool.

I see, gotta remember this then.

If you 1cc the game, you can save your replay afterwards, right?

Just asking this because I'll probably upload the replay of my 1cc to youtube if I get it done. So, I want to know if you can save the replay or must be forced to record while playing at the same time.

You'll have to record while playing. Because of the music synchronization in many parts of the game, lag on the original play or during replay playback would cause either a desync or make things weird if there were replays.
