No game. They're the ships in the Ultraman Max TV series.

The blue ship is very Psyvariar-like.

I was thinking more one of the ships in Shienryu Explosion...heck, maybe even a bit of the Vic Viper.

I realy like the design of those, they come out very differnt after their transformations.

Both ships use elements from games like: Wipe Out 2097, Gradius, F-Zero, Psyvariar, etc...

But they don't resemble anything that I know of.
