Bad ass Man! I'll PM you my number sometime closer to the event, if you want to get in contact and grab a beer or whatever. Some friends and I are staying at the Sleep inn & Suites. I will try my damnedest to make the Spring meet as well, just recently rekindled my shooter love, after reducing arcade gear from my life for a few years.

Shit I'm super excited for Sleep, Ihsahn, Melvins,Pentagram,Pagan Alter,evoken, cobalt, bolt thrower, pig destroyer, and ufomammut.

My supergun isn't that hot b/c it won't sync with RGB output, so only S Video. Other than that, I'm ready to roll right now. Can't wait to see the madness at Logan again. Last year was one of the better times I've had in the past few years. Gotta step my PCB game up, and see what I can bring.

Sorry, I'm not selling any of the XM's anytime soon. Trinitron's are plentiful as long as you aren't talking about a PVM.

I completely understand and I'd be the exact same way. I bet you $50 that you can't find a 20 inch trinitron in my area within the time of the shmupsmeet, as in the last 2 years it's been impossible. PVM's are a bit easier albeit a lot more expensive, but I don't want to deal with the tate issues.

Is it a slim PS2? I'm planning to bring Gradius Gaiden and I don't like slow downs on Stage 7. Otherwise I hope somebody brings a modded/Japanese PS1.

Sounds like it'd be a fun event to attend. I'm in northern lower Michigan, so Chicago is a easy drive for me. If I did decide to come down, I'd bring my NTSCJ 360 with all shooters, which is pretty much the entire cave lineup excluding DSXII. I'm excited, the original DS is finally arriving tomorrow from Japan!
Still have to order the MMP/PS reprint though.
