I'm not a big fan of TV but I feel that there is a kind of fashion for a backward of the story of the World at this moment and I like Peplums !
I'm watching :
- Spartacus : 3 seasons for the moment, normally 4 at all with Ceasar at the end, telling his accession to the final head of the Roman Empire.
It's been a long time that a serie hadn't make me feel like that.
The story is amazing, the fights feels that we are watching fights between Gods, charismatics characters and realization at the top with a real attention to detail to reproduice the atmosphere of this time, with all the violence and the primal instinct of any person, barbarians as the nobles ! Really great made !
- Vikings : 1 season for the moment with 4 episodes, with an hero, Ragnar, who is tired to fight with always the same enemies at the east of the globe and wants to go at the west, to discover the country that he heard spoke about it.
The problem is that his Lord of the tribute is a greedy and wants to keep all for him, decisions, treasures, ships, everything without to let any choice to his people.
Ragnar builds a ship, gathers some warriors and go to the west with a new way to travel because nobody succeeded to find these famous country at the west for now !
Otherwise, the rest of the series bored me, I feel that when you have seen one thriller serie, you have seen all, same about comedy... Peplums change that for one time !
