Post by fraggore »

Mushihimesamma joypad and stick problums anyone here had the same sort of problums as me with controller locking for a few seconds. and when it happens you can move or fire till it kicks back in. i have tryed verious pads and joysticks hereis whitch ones do it and which ones dont

ps2 origanal joypad works fine
ps2 neogeo pad 2 locking for a few seconds
saturn pad using adapter locking for a few seconds
capcom street fighter pad works fine
dreamcast joystick converted to ps2 works fine
ps2 arcade stick cheapone locks for a few seconds

bit strange as all the pads work fine on any other game only locking on Mushihimesamma.

anyone else experanceing the same problum

I have exactly the same problem but not with Mushi. I have it with Ikaruga on my Dreamcast. It is the only game it happens on and it only does it when I use my X-Arcade joystick through the X-Arcade DC adapter. I have no Idea why it happens and neither did X-Arcade support.

I just put it down to "one of those things"

Cheers

Funny....I had that problem with my X-arcade stick and Mame. A Mame update fixed it though.
