POFV, online patch!!!

My prayer have been answered!!!

I just learned about this from Postman and I just can't wait to try this out later tonight. Hopes that a few of you guys will join us to test your skills.

Hey Termina,

Did you get this working? Mine just displays text that keeps changing every few seconds, of which I have no clue what it's saying.........

It's also odd that there are no options to configure network settings......

I think this patch is just too early right now, Zun is still developing it to my knowledge.........

Na, I got your message right before bedtime last night. Well I did d/l it but Im at work right now and wont be able to try this before tonight...

Hope this online thing isint only for the japanese players

Ok I did install the patch, everything looked like it installed properly.
Now my version looks like its 1.50a.

If you look over the "ZUN all right reserved" there is a small CPU icon that appears when Im on "Match mode" there must be a way to change this...

In the Match mode menu I dont recall that last option in the menu (from before I instaled that patch ) If anyone can translate this that would be great! If I select it, it kinda loads and nothing appens...

That last option is the netplay.
You have a file called IP.txt in your pofv folder with that you can config it.
IP addresss must be the ip of your enemy and you have to use the same port.
Somewhere at the bottom you have
;Sync = LAN
;Sync = High
Sync = Low
;Sync = Bad

remove the ";" from the setting you wanna use(you and your opponent must have the same settings). But that netplay version isn't really good seems like even even with a 40mbit connection it doesn't run full speed.
