The Darius Laserdisc I received today took me well over a year to find and buy. The wait paid off though! Just need two more Darius Laserdiscs to complete my set now!

I have that Darius LP too (the top left one in the bottom pic). Don't have the others though, haven't even seen them in fact. Really awesome looking stuff. What's the Star Soldier thing?

I bought the Darius Gaiden movie (it's a superplay of the game tied in to a proper movie with actors etc) about a year and a bit ago. It's a great Laserdisc!

The Star Soldier thing is a 7" EP with a Meijin Takahashi signature print on the back. It's the theme song and other songs from the Star Soldier anime movie, Running Boy (which i also have on VHS). :D

If Sega goes out of business again you can't blame it on me. My cat is hyped about Sonic Generations.

Nice pickup with Generations! I just got it for the PS3... just waiting for my PS3 to arrive, hahaha. Pictures will come then.
I have played it before [just not owned], and I'm tempted to put it up there right beneath S3+K. Easily the best 3D Sonic though, although that's not too hard to be.

And All Stars Racing Transformed is pretty good, and absolute Sega fanservice. If Sega did it, ASR:T references it. :D

by the way, Sega is actually currently rich as hell, despite their failures
Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

Hmm but does it have the same Shanty Town action we've grown to know and love? Someone has to ask the big questions.

Yeah, I'd been in negotiations the the seller for what felt like months... paid a very fair price in the end. It's going to clean up nicely, today I'm doing the full breakdown, part by part.

Got a PS3 for $100, and picked up Sonic Generations so I'd have more than demos to play.

Keep it vertical, and make sure the vents are kept dust-free -- I've found this makes a big difference.

I got one second hand as well, and I really want to open it up and make sure the inside is clean and possibly reapply some better thermal grease.

Sweet monitor bro, when I have the space I will totally have something like this for supergun and retro console usage.

Also the Gradius cart 8)

Yeah, I need to go run out and get a can of air to do the vents. I've had it vertical since reading this post, thanks.

and damnit the seller said this had a 120GB HDD in it, and it's a 40GB
I know I shouldn't complain at the price, but that's an 80GB difference, damnit.

I should just go stick a 500GB drive in this anyway before I start putting anything on it...

Thanks again! :D man, this port suffers serious slowdown, but it looks great on this monitor. Am I crazy in thinking I kinda like this 14N6U over my PVM 2030?
It's a hellava lot lighter for one...
