PCB or emulation?

I think your problem is that you are playing with Blanka instead of Ryu :wink:

Wrong. The problem is no Guile in this picture.

Dhalsim looks mighty surprised at Blanka's jailbars.

Anyways, it looks like one of the address lines on one of the graphics ROMs might be floating. I'm not enough of a hardware master to say how to fix it, but hopefully that'll give a push in the right direction.

Does this happen to other sprites as well or is it just Blanka?

Luke Morse posted a pretty informative video on youtube where he fixed a similar issue with the sprites on his Karate Champ PCB. He also mentions some things in the video that you can try out if you're having similar issues:

It happens to the first player and his health bar and a bit on the second players shadow on the floor. Thats it. Everything else is flawless.

I just dusted the board with a blower and brushed off some dust. Its working now. Hmmm.
