Wow, Cave let all the the Cave videos from eduardbeluha remove: http://www.youtube.com/user/eduardbeluha
It seems they don't find it funny that the guy can emulate their games.

It was only a matter of time before they started going after them. Hell, they sent notices to the GuwangeDash guy, and all he did was remake a couple of their graphics, ships and bosses in a free game.

Mushi in Mame? Sounds wonderful. Even if I have the console port I still prefer to play bullet hells on my PC. Keyboard = greater movement control (for me that is)

It's entirely possible to replace a joystick with buttons on basically any arcade stick, provided you can get replacement panels for it. If you own a HRAP or MadCatz TE, you can get replacement panels for it.Zengeku3 wrote:Mushi in Mame? Sounds wonderful. Even if I have the console port I still prefer to play bullet hells on my PC. Kay' but what does that have to do with a keyboard?

A key is just a button wearing a funny hat.Zengeku3 wrote:Kay' but what does that have to do with a keyboard?

You just want buttons/keys for movement. You can add some buttons (probably 24mm) in place of the stick, arranged however you like.

If you wanted the "arrow" buttons on the right, you can do that too. Then you have your keyboard-like stick on a console.

If most of these games were readily available in America I'd buy them. Unfortunately they are not.
Re: News flash - Mushihimesama in MAME (not working yet)
I've been intermittently checking the internet for news of this game working in MAME. I'm really itching to play through it a few times just to experience it. But then I think about how I'm still trying to 1cc DoDonPachi and how there are so many other cave games already available. In the amount of time it'll take me to 1cc the games I'm interested in playing, namely ESP Ra.De, ESPGaluda, DoDonPachi Daioujou, Ketsui, and some others, I'm sure this game will be available.

Panzer Dragoon Orta, Otogi Myth of Demons and many other games are exclusive only for the Xbox and many people would like to try them on their PC.trap15 wrote:Disregarding the poor grammar, that statement is completely irrelevant. There are emulators of the other systems from that generation (and even one for the current generation: Dolphin emulates Wii).AntiFritz wrote:Theirs not even an xbox emulator yet.
The reason for no xbox 1 emulator is because it's, well, not interesting. Everything on it is also on PC, and the system is basically a PC in a special box. There's no reason to emulate it, because the hardware is not interesting at all.
On the other side, the xbox 360 has very interesting hardware, so you can bet it will eventually be attempted to be emulated.
