Well I decided to take the plunge and buy it. Claimed I had insufficient funds and made the prepaid card panic a bit (should've been a difference of at least $3 going from the conversion rate but noooooo) so I went with the slip instead. We'll see how this goes.

Given P-A were auctioning off an opened copy and all 3 regions have a green tick, I would hazard a guess that they've been testing the region locking themselves.

Not that it really matters though since RF has been verified here.

Does this release come with the same DLC codes as the first release? Not really a deal-breaker if it doesn't, but I'm just curious since I'd like to try the PS bosses in MMP.

Has it been confirmed to work on PAL machines yet as I have my copy now and can test on a UK console tomorrow if needed.

My copy arrived at the weekend, and I can confirm it works perfectly on my PAL 360.

Shame there's no HD graphics, but getting two games on one disc kinda makes up for that.
It's cool being able to switch from one game to the other without having to swap discs.

I remember reading someone saying you couldn't watch the replays in full screen, but I haven't found that to be the case.

As there are no HD graphics, I would have liked to see some scan-line modes included. There is only a soft filter which just blurs the graphics, but thankfully you can turn it off.

I'm really enjoying both games, and if you're a Cave fan like me, it's a no-brainer purchase.
Time to rock some pork.

If I've kept up correctly, it's been verified that the Platinum version of MMP/PS is region-free, like the original release.
