The 2-Looper doesn't interest me much in 1.00, and I don't think I could clear the first loop without dying even if I tried. So, I'll probably stick to the 1-loop game.

I wouldn't say I'm competing against NTSC-J or anyone else, just trying to continually improve my PB ("Personal Best"). In other words, my scores would keep improving at the same rate whether or not NTSC-J posted slightly higher scores in the interim. So far I have not paid much attention to his scores as they are consistently below what I estimate I can do in this game (and I focus on the top worldwide scores, published or theoretical, when measuring my scores), but I'm glad others are playing and trying to improve their PBs, as this is a great game that more people should play seriously.
