This is why I need to sell my WSC and JSS.

Two dNaNo cars! Three batteries and a charger as well.
Image

So high-tech, in such a tiny package!
Image

Right next to a full-sized Mini-Z, which I already thought is pretty small.
Image

Out of the box, the first thing these puppies needed was a tire change. After that, these little guys just rail around corners and handle just like the bigger Zs, and the battery lasts forever - longer than it takes to charge. Unbelievable, I wish I got these sooner.

This month's loot: Superlux HD681F headphones, 64MB memory card for PS2, 16GB MP3 player, and two sets of anaglyph 3D glasses.

And before anyone asks: the sound is great, but it's kinda uncomfortable. Maybe I should have bought something lighter, like my old Philips set.

(update: stupid mp3 player is acting up. i should have known no-brand Chinese junk is worthless.)

Hehe, yeah, I also always have to doublethink when I see Perfect Cherry Blossom written as "PCB". :)

And Moh: there's a reason why I'm upgrading the cellar at home! :P

Kyary Pamyu Pamyu! I don't care for J-Pop, but I respect that chick because she's a nutjob.

As for me, I got me some game posters. Langrisser I&II (Love that Masaya logo in the bottom corner!), and a Lodoss game I've never played, but I don't care because Lodoss is AWESOME. Click the image for a larger view. Today I'm going to the post office to pick up my Gunhound EX for PSP that I wasn't home to receive today!

Star Ocean: The Last Hope trading art figurines I never imagined would actually be available in Singapore (sorry if pictures suck, I don't have steady hands, possibly the reason why I can't dodge bullets >.<)

The five available ones from the set (A total of 6 boxes, the last is a repeat figurine, which happened to be Reimi)
Image

Lymle solo (same girl as my avatar)

The five, with the Ethereal (Isceria) Queen more visible than the previous shot. Note that the Isceria Queen didn't come along with this release of figurines, but an earlier release with Radiata Stories and the older Star Ocean: The Second Story set. I heard it was a rare one, not too sure.

Yes.

Hell, R4 is a great package. You get that sexy music, one of the best looking and playing racing games on the PS1, and a 60fps update of the first Ridge Racer. It is ideal.

I'm surprised you didn't already have R4, Ghegs.
Come check out my website, I guess. Random stuff I've worked on over the last two decades.

I've had the JPN version for a long time, but I wanted the US release so I can play R4's Grand Prix mode a bit more comfortably.

Yowza, finding that book strangely alluring. I can swear I recognize that lady on the cover in an ad for Sony's Hit Bit MSX... :)

Wow, that fully working? Quite an amazing find! I've only played Baby Pac-Man once, and it was so long ago I honestly can't remember how good it was.

Yup! Fully working and in great physical shape! I did a cap-kit on the monitor, so now it's bright and clear, and I plan on doing a bit of a tune-up on the play-field -- new rubber rings, waxing and the sort.
It's a really fun game, and one of my grails!

final fantasy xiii i've actually always hated with a passion so far. probably for good reasons, but i hope that i'll be able to enjoy this somehow anyways. lots of people shit on various post 16bit final fantasies, but i've more or less enjoyed all of them so far, so maybe it won't be different for ff xiii.

I read all the hate about it as well, but just recently picked it up and I've really liked it so far.

Behold the random silver paint! I don't know why someone did that. They're supposed to be black with silver trim. Got this on ebay because it had a R-Type Leo PCB inside. Picked it up today and cleaned the screen, tidied up a few bits here and there. Nice little cab (5'6") but I have no use for it.

Probably spent some time in a shitty goth pub/club or "futuristic" themed student union bar to get silvered up like that. I've seen some truly hideous attempts at painting fag machines/jukeboxes to sit with the current decor of places like that.
