You would lose that fight

Although, Brendz and I might try and sort a hotel this time. We shall see.

Score competition for the couch? Winner of a Twinkle Star Sprites scoring contest?

Still waiting for Zespy to nail down some dates, but April is porobably the month. Chewing at my fingernails waiting to get this set!

I think there should be a score competition on the Shaq pinball machine myself, hahaha. That's one of my fav memories of last year.

I think we were playing Shaq when you guys were on the Xmen cab. I didn't actually play the Xmen cab myself.

I can only hope that the controls for Colossus haven't been fixed yet.

not sure if this is open to all forum members, but I live down in Orland Park and wouldn't mind attending :)
I have a JP360 that I use on a 19 inch NEC CRT, a couple of 360 arcade sticks (hopefully my 360/PS2/PS3/PC/DC stick will be done by then) and a wide variety of games and if closer to the end of may I will definitely have SDOJ.

edit: I'm 24 and can bring some brews as well :D
edit 2: I guess not a "wide variety", but large quantity. it's mostly cave, treasure, raizing, with some randoms thrown in.

Yup - it's open to all forum members that reguster herefor sure. It's not open to the public, so you don't need to worry about anyone stopping in and taking stuff. Zespy is still working on getting a schedule down.

Yes I do. Just talked with Zespy ten minutes ago. 8)

OK - The next Chicagoland Winter Carnival will Friday, May 31st running through Saturday June 1st. I think we'll have to call it the Spring Carnival from here on out. Anyhow, it will be the same set up as last year, Friday night through very late Saturday night, my floor is open to all and there will be some way to win the coveted couch spot that I haven't quite figured out yet.

I will have two candy cabs and lots of monitors and consoles, but we could definitely use a few superguns and X360's. That should get us well taken care of. There will be a lot of pinball in effect as well and some classic dedicated cabs and just like last year, drinking is cool after store hours.

For those of you comming in from out of town, feel free to PM me for some travel info, but the RTA Chicxago website can give you all the travel info you may need.

I look forward to seeing you all again and I'm stoked we finally got this ball rolling!

Where: Logan Hardware
2410 W Fullerton Ave Chicago, IL 60647
(773) 235-5030

When: after 6 pm, May 31st through June 1st till very, very late

That would be fantastic - and if you could bring that baller supergun of yours as well, you may be king of the festival.

Feck yeah.

If you and Brendz are looking for accommodations, PM cladwert for the name\address of the fleabag motel we used last year. It was cheap - had free breakfast - and....well that's it. Free food, cheap bed.

Looking forward to this meet fellas! This is THE event of the spring IMHO...

Offtopic -
Boom...any good shows around the same time as the meet? I'll PM, but short story is the wife and I hunger for live shows and the STL scene leaves us wanting for more. Chicago is close enough that we'd drive up to see the *right* band...

Perhaps. Were thinking of hitting drboom's floor again simply for convenience; maybe we can build a fort this time. Still a few months out though, so who knows....
