Don't think an order from play-asia has ever taken as long in getting to me,

anyone else have postal problems for orders coming in from HK to UK / Scotland recently?

(shmuppets like robbiebonham need not reply - you aren't real anyway, so how can you answer as to real-world stuff like mail order and postal services. answer : you can't, cause anything you say about it will be made-up and fake and never actually happened)

as if by magic, it hath arrived!

see, it always pays to complain about something, it tends to speed up what ought to be a normal process.

The last time I bought a game (Mushihimesamma) from Play-Asia it took over 2 weeks to arrive and I had a bugger of a customs charge. The forum member Geezer recommended Yes-Asia, so I pre-ordered Raiden III and it took 4 days to arrive without any customs hassle.
Having said that I ordered the "Onslaught Raiden Fighters DVD from Play-Asia and it only took a week to arrive, so who knows. It seemed that a lot of people were left waiting when it came to Mushihimesamma.

S'funny how so many people are having problems with Play-Asia lately. I've always ordered from them, shipped via EMS Speedpost, and they've all arrived safely and as expected.

And the past three shipments? Raiden 3, Mushi/La Petite Princesse (both together) and Minna Daisuki Katamari Damacy. Only one had customs fees (Mushi and TSS), and all arrived on time.

And I live in Blighty.

Ditto. I think the key up there is "EMS".
