I completed your Questionnaire but I'd like to add that for some of us we like Horis as much as Verts so perhaps you could have had an Option as 'both are equal Interest' instead of forcing one Way or the other.
I gave a Comment that I own a Supergun - I think that counts as Arcade Hardware despite it not being housed in a Case.
Agreed! I've made corrections to the survey. 8ing was actually supposed to be Irem so I have changed that and also added in Psikyo. Existing response data is unaffected.
I don't think Gazelle, Atlus, SNK, or Jaleco are likely to get votes. Some much more notable developers to put in their slots are Seibu Kaihatsu, Compile, Technosoft, and Takumi.

I put the 'other' option in there for folks to add them (which so far has been done with great success ).
