I take it you mean the 1.5 re-issue (1.0 would be the same as before)? As for the second part of your question, what does the region and connection type of your Dreamcast have to do with it?
Think about it: Why would homebrew progarmmers from Germany (PAL region) create games that don't run on PAL systems?

Well, they did! The scoring bug can only be done on PAL systems.

I maybe wrong but if you use a VGA box lead thing there is no scoring bug. Don't ask me why.

I wonder how that'll work.

I got a copy of the game I bought back then but am not sure where I bought it (play-Asia,hucast-store or elsewhere). Do I take a picture of these game and send it to them or do I send in the game to receive the fixed version (also who pays for all this?).

Hope they provide info soon.
