They've just released the PGM3. It's HD. From the 1 game I've seen I think it's still all 2D. Hopefully they will make some shooters for it instead of just keeping on remaking Knights of Valour. I guess the Chinese can't get enough of that game or something.

Cave- Get the rights to the Battle Bakraid franchise from 8ing to allow Yagawa to make Battle Bakraid 2. Add an "Ultra" mode to the mode list already found in the first one.

Taito- Hell freezes over and we get a home port of DBAC.

Duranik- Give us a Final Answer on the release date of Sturmwind.

And as EmperorIng said, hope all current shmup developers stay in business.

Neo XYX and the budget release of MMP/PS are sure to please, as well. In moon-on-a-stick territory, I'm with everyone dreaming of a home conversion of DBAC, of course. It'd make my year.

Being the Darius fan I am, I hope Taito ports Darius Burst Another Chronicle to home consoles, preferably the 360. If they do, it should definitely allow the same kind of scaling option found in Darius II on the Saturn. I'd also be okay with having an option between the 32:9 resolution, and a slightly modified 16:9 version.

I also wanna see someone make 3D hori shmup for the Nintendo 3DS. One that takes full advantage of its graphical capabilities. That would be awesome.

And Konami should make a new Parodius game for today's consoles.
