AmaRecLite 1.3 Capture help

I am trying to use AmaRecLite to capture some PC game play, but everytime i press the record button (F9) i get a warning window pop up saying..

"Please select a target window"

i can see not option in the AmaRecLite program that releates to this, can anyone help?

Y'know you can talk about this 'Off Topic' but anyways, for 'target window' you have to drag and drop the capture frame onto the specific program (i.e. game, program, etc.) and you're good to go!
