It`s more than 2 hours until the clock strikes 12, but my bottle of Martini is already half empty. At least the two bottles of champagne I had prepared for the celebration are still untouched. :)

Yay, New Years Eve where we celebrate the arrival of a new year, with higher costs of living, more stupid laws, lower real incomes, higher taxes, more pollution, more lunatics blowing people up for God, and more of everything else that made 2012 and all the years before it suck.

There, someone had to be honest - why do we bother with the fireworks and well wishes again? You all know what's coming.
