New Net City monitor specs (Toshiba) ?

Hi,

I'm looking for specs, datasheets, documentations about this famous monitor.

Anyone :?:

I just know that is 15Khz/24Khz/31Khz, but I need more :twisted: .

I can tell you the sync window for 15khz seems to be narrower than it needs to be - some Taito and all Data East games I tested don't perfectly sync resulting in a picture kink on the top edge.
