Falcom is making their first original PS3 title- Legend of Heroes VIII: Sen no Kiseki. (1000 Trails? I've also heard "Trails of Flash"). It's also being brought over to Vita.
I'm surely jazzed but it may be awhile before we get this one. Sora no Kiseki SC is one huge game, and I'm sure Falcom isn't skimping on content with this one. The setting sticks to Zemuria, in the Erebonian Empire- the homeland of Olivier. All the characters are modeled in 3D, instead of prerendered sprites. While its battle interface looks like a Trails game but with full 3D graphics, there will be some tweaks to the battle system.
Story at Realm of Gaming
Nothing's been said about a PC version unfortunately. I'd like to see XSEED get this localized, but there's a whole lot more Kiseki to go before this one (SC, The 3rd, Ao & Zero).

Sen no Kiseki (PS3/Vita)
Kinect? KIN NOT.
Re: Sen no Kiseki (PS3/Vita)
It's Sen as in 閃 and not Sen as in a thousand so Trails of Flash is probably a good translation.
I played the previous games and I have to say it's definitely my favorite JRPG series this gen and might even be my favorite JRPG series of all time. I just hope they don't have to sacrifice other elements of the game by upgrading the graphics, especially the battle system. It's a shame only the first chapter of Sora no Kiseki is translated so far. I can't really blame people for not liking it because it basically only serves as an introductionary game for the setting and characters. The battle system was also quite simple in the first two games.
