Framemeister "Vertical Lines" Issue

Post by Triforce919 »

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me out with an issue I am having with my XRGB Framemeister. First of all, I love this little device, it has so far worked extremely well in outputting my retro games exactly how they are supposed to look on my Samsung plasma screen. I have run into a small issue though.

As you can see from the pictures, for some reason I'm getting these vertical lines near the edge of the left side of the screen. They only appear on the left, and they show up on every system I have tried so far (Xbox, NES, SNES, N64, Dreamcast). While this is a very trivial issue, I really would love to fix this. I have searched over the internet for a while now, and it seems like I'm the only one experiencing this issue.

Any help would be much appreciated!

I have seen this with the RGB NES on my system (a grey line though). Why not just shift the picture a little to the left until the bars disappear behind the mask ?

I had this issue on my PCE in composite.
Just try to shutdown the xrgb-mini from the AC Adaptator.

Thanks guys! I unplugged the AC adapter as suggested, and it fixed itself! It's amazing how simple it can be to fix a seemingly impossible problem!
