Hmm… do you think the "Shooting Gameside" mags are worth their money if you only can look at pictures, cause you don't understand a single word of Japanese
So I started of with some DoDonPachi, but I'm still getting my ass kicked. Managed to get to the 4th stage a few times. And two times to the stage 4 bossfight.
Played some Jamestown as well… Difficult seams doable. On Devine the second stage frequently destroys me.
I think Gigawing 2, because of the Volcanons and general better stage design than its predecessor, is much easier for newcomers to jump in.
The Volcanons are an awesome way of letting the player know just how fucking great they are at the game, and the shield mechanic is much more flexible, allowing for even novice players to get fairly far in to the game without using a credit (and by fairly far I mean stage 4!).
