Rolling picture on Espgaluda in New Astro City

Hi all,
I've just borrowed a (supposedly) working Espgaluda PCB from a friend.
However when I connect it to my New Astro City I get a rolling picture.
What I have tried so far with no luck:
- Cleaned JAMMA connectors and made sure they were properly aligned.
- Experimented with tweaking the voltage from the powersupply
- Tweaked the H.H.15 pot on the chassis
- Discharged every capacitor on the board

Any ideas?

Since you haven't described the direction of teh rolling, and have only tried Horizontal Hold, you should try vertical hold as well.
