Electric Shock From Blast City?

Hey guys.. This metal part on my blast city shocks me every time i touch it! Could this be a possible grounding issue? Any help?

Yeah it's not grounded if you're getting shocked by it. You'll need to run a jumper wire from another grounded point to that plate. There should be a screw on that plate you can land your ground on.
