King of Fighters XI.......the worst KOF Ever

To be honest, I wish they'd just scrap a ton of characters and start out with some new ones. KOF as a whole just needs some fresh air in it, and it needs what MOTW did to FF, imo.

Is it just me that think that Momoko looks totaly out of place in that rooster? And why B Jenet instead of Blue Mary, sigh.

Yeah I guess they are similar. But I just love Jaehoon, I like his character and his flame specials are just way more devastating.
Perhaps if they gave him one or two more moves, Dong Hwan is good too but Jaehoon just owns for me.

Hate to say it but in this case I'm glad. I like and play with B. Jenet ALOT more than Blue Mary. I find her better and easier to play with, though I like Hotaru more.

But when it comes down to it. King>>>>>All Female fighters.

BTW look at the character screen properly Blue Mary is in the game SNK have just not gotten around to doing the profile yet. She's in the middle row right at the very top. Her name escapes me now but she's also a copper and she's with blue mary who is also with that mexican wrestler. (Damn that's bad I own KOF '97, dream match 1999, '00, '01, '02 I should know their names lol)

Personaly I looking forward to this title, it's going to be the first KOF on the new neowave board and they have redone the sprites so they no longer look 16bit. I seriously hope this comes out on a home console because I'll poroberbly pre-order it if it were.

EDIT: Blue mary is with Vanessa and Ramon, knew I would remeber it in the end lol.

Yeah that's me... I get about a lot these days

TBH Mai in KOF was no were near as good as the one from the Fatal Fury games (I always held down start in the DC port of KOF Dream Match 1999). Although I do like her *AHEM*... animation and sprite design her move set is nothing to special.

Ask for the new characters, tiz about time we need some new faces to spice up the series but lets hope it does the game justice for SNK PLAYMORE'S sake.

EDIT: It's pretty intresting to see that they now have a "Garou" team and a "Fatal Fury" team. Personaly I perfer the FF team purley on the fact that it has the almighty Duck King in it lol.

I want Rick from Real Bout 2 back. He's too good to just forget, I mean, he hasn't had even one KOF appearance. Xiang Fei graduated to KOF, but why not Rick?

Thats a good question, would of been nice to see maybe Rick and Marco Bash join the trouney... man Marco Bash, he was the man but perhaps a little to overpowered?

Oh yeah and those little twins from RBFF series that seem to be heavily inspired by DBZ anime.

Franco was too overpowered in the RB games; and even now, when I still see his sprite, the image of Haggar always comes to mind.

Someone oughta do a side-by-side comparison of Franco and Haggar.

I hope they bring back my drunk uncle Bob in KoF XII. He's not exactly a top-tier character, but he could sure beat the hell out of my aunt Catherine. Like, 9 out of 10 times.

Oh, wait... that's not KoF. I'm thinking of something else. My bad!

EDIT: If my joke offends you, just pretend that my uncle Bob is a shotokan master who likes wine, and my aunt Catherine is a five-animal style practitioner who likes to fight while wearing really slutty outfits. Neither of them really exist.

Yeah my bad it's Franco and yes he's Haggar, hell the whole of Fatal Fury 3's storyline was one huge knock off of Final Fights pretty much with the "oh no franco's son has been kidnapped!" thing going for it.
