Am watching what I think is uncensored subs of Angel Cop - not lookin so controversial so far - tbh I'm loving it great OTT action

(YES for some idiotic reason I ended up editing my old post instead of posting a new one :s )

Eureka 7 (the original), that's a good substitute for King Gainer, I enjoyed it.

How is the Gyo movie? The trailer made it look pretty rad.

Ok, I just read the first comic and it is absolutely fucking brilliant but I am a bit concerned because Mangafox said it was R18 but it seems pretty tame. What's the nature of the bad stuff in this? I need to know before I recommend this to friends and discover there's borderline child porn or whatever.

Well, there are some fucked up moments, rather explicit sex scenes and I can recall at least one in which a sixteen year old is involved so you should probably read a few more volumes before you recommend it to a friend. It does get much darker and bizarre as it goes on.

If you want something great by Asano that you can freely recommend to anyone, read Solanin.

I've been reading Onepunch-Man. Clueless superhero Saitama saves the day by defeating all kinds of baddies with a single punch. And it's glorious.

Nearly every single sub out there has replaced "Jew" with "American", so it's the "Americans" that are doing the damage, and all the Japanese people get really indignant and angry when there's a mention of an "American."

oh I c, at the moment it's only really talking about Chinese 'Commies' or something, ye know I might just watch the Manga dub - cos it seems pretty hilarious- I suppose out of interest I can just check the subs when those bits come up...

seriously though if that Blazing Transfer Student ever finishes, I shall take a crash course in subbing and try and put the ones from the youtube 'comments' on it...

2014 then. Man, you have balls.

We should ask Gaijinpunch for a Camrip.
Watched 1.0 and 2.2 yesterday, not sure if I can wait till next year for an official release.

Raytrace, I can help you translate/sub Blazing Transfer Student if you want.

Yeah comon GP get in there, or get us a good scan of the program haha - that looks great :D

Seriously KAI that would be amazing :)
However, at the moment still no one is seeding, and no matter what I dont think a 'download' of the youtube would be acceptable quality. I flicked through the 34% complete file I have of the LD rip and it is REALLY good seriously - I've put a plea on tumblr for seeders lol - doubt it will work though:

I love the art in End Of Evangelion - especially the 'Mass Productions' massacring poor Asuka, that bits genuinely disturbing IMO, like vultures they are o_O

Also, for those interested in the Rightstuf sale, most of Discotek's catalog is on sale as well: Locke the Superman, Golgo the Professional, Space Adventure Cobra The Movie, Golden Boy series, etc; as well as the first season of Galaxy Express 999, released by S'More. Black Friday sale stuff ends the 26th.
