Eurgh, some word you have there. All I read about it says it's a straight port slightly enhanced (Move support, which I doubt was all that laborious to implement). GTA: Vice City for the PC seems to be more remastered than this one.
Not that Ōkami needed remastering, though. Above high resolution, steady framerate was all I could ask for. (We'll see about that; 1080p, huh?)

Saying "fuck this port" has nothing to do with being bitter about not having it. What the fuck is wrong with you?
It's a protest against Capcom's reliance on an older game; while pushing buggy, underdeveloped, and DLC ridden games.
Personally I'm all for re-releasing older games. I think it gives new gamers a chance to experience some of the best games in the past.
Though I'm not a fan of the newer games with implemented DLC I think that type of stuff really ruins it for gamers. I personally do not support that type of stuff. It has been a while since I purchased a Capcom game in a long time to be honest.

What Capcom did there is called "porting". It's a port (we've been playing those on computers and consoles since the - pretty much - dawn of videogaming).

Apparently you are bitter about it..... such language.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

When you clean up the master of a piece of music or movie to make it sound or look better, then that is called remastering. Good to know that in the case of a game this is called a port, even thought this is not a straight port.
Of all ports of Capcom games outputting higher resolutions, this very well may be the first one actually looking better. Wasn't exactly the case with PC ports of RE series, DMC3, Onimusha 3 and BoFIV.
It's a fluke, though. Cel shaded vector graphics takes higher resolutions exceptionally well.

Holy shit I didn't even know it was physically possible to have your head that far up your ass and not break your neck.
Oh hush... you seem pretty bitter about it also.
