I would definitely buy one. Definitely. Probably pricey to ship it to NA, though.

I would like to share NCSX reply to the Micomsoft XAC-1 request:

"we were thinking of getting one for ourselves because we like the design and the rotating feature but we're not sure if we'd bring them in for retail sale since the cost to bring them in is pretty expensive due to the size of the unassembled package. If you are interested in one, we can add one to our order but please note this item is still in the prototype stage and may not come to market if the company isn't able to drum up enough interest to justify production"

Maybe if there is enough interest NCSX or somebody else could bring them to the US in a cargo container. Anyway, I'm ordering one. Now I only hope that Micomsoft helps the CRT users with a monitor riser or something similar :)

Thanks,
\o/.k.

It's bigger than a candy, and it's not too far off the price of a candy, and yet - it's not as good.
You'll have to take the living space in Japan in account to understand. Most hardcore gamers don't have space for a CRT cab even if they are much cheaper here and the age of the CRTs which are on their last legs isn't very appealing. Viewlix type of cabs are 2-3x what Micomsoft is charging and have crap monitors so this gives you the option to put what you want on it but of course, you'll need an upscan device for retro consoles.
