No. That's completely insane. It's a an audio amplifier for an arcade machine, not a concert hall.
From the size of the heatsink I'd guess about 10 watts per channel (for two channels). You'll need a centre tapped transformer to power it. A secondary voltage of 24V AC (12-0-12) for a fairly conservative estimate, though you may be able to increase it to 30V AC (15-0-15) ...
