What's this platform game called & on what system is for?

I don't recall any character being able to run side ways on a ledge like that...?

That's one of the Naruto games for GBA or DS. I'm not sure which one, though. I think the game probably can be found at import places like play-asia, but I'm not sure if it's any good.

Edit: I looked at some screens and I'm almost certain that it's Naruto Saikyou Ninja Daikesshu 3 for the DS. The two GBA games have different status bars.
