Oi, I have a couple of questions....

1) Console ports of arcade games don't count, right?

2) I know most computer shmups have a Replay fuction, but I don't recall alot of arcade shmups that feature it....Does MAME have a Replay feature that I'm not aware of, or do we have to record as we play? Replays are required right?

3) What's the point of Replays if we're also posting our high-scores?

Only one of the games has a console port. That will be allowed, and subject to the same rules as PCB players

MAME does have a replay feature. -record and -playback

Reduces chances of cheating and provides help to people who want to play these games but can't find good replays.
