I'm really happy to own these two games.

The PC Engine is fast becoming an obsession with me...

I pulled the trigger on the new video card

Image

EVGA GTX 550 Ti Superclocked, $109.99 with a $20 mail-in-rebate from NCIX.

Replacing my Asus 9800GT that finally kicked the bucket. Gonna miss that card, it was a real trooper!

You won't miss it for long. The 560ti is a beast, enjoy it!

Got the last LD in the series below. Goes over about 150 PC-Engine games.

Yeah, 2 of the Good Will stores close to me almost always have nice CRT sets sitting about. Component inputs, even sometimes DVI connectors. Nice sets. Too bad I don't have a massive gaming room. I'd line an entire wall w/ game stations :D

That actually surprises the heck outta me - my closest Goodwill, which is a nice store (especially by thrift standards) always seems to have older sets, late 90's, mostly '90s, and even S-Video is rare to find in them. This is the same store that (used to) get rare but awesome PC games from the mid-'90s with some regularity. It may just be the proximity to a mall and a handful of other stores that had old stock for years. The lack of TVs might just be that it's always crawling with retro-minded yuppies (and neo-yuppies like me) looking for deals, but the other one was quite busy the two times I visited.

Haha, that's surely worth more than my whole watch collection :D I don't pride myself on valuable pieces, just stuff I like. To this day, my favourite piece (beating out my Omega Sea Master) is an old 70's digital Seiko that I got used for like $20. Most comfortable watch ever!

Enjoy my friend, the unibios is truly a thing of beauty.

US/JAP/AES/MVS modes, and of course the jukebox and cheats!

Damn. That's an awersome collection. I have 11 fashion watches, but nothing over $500... and this goes without saying they're fashion watches, so it's basically made by some manufacturer of cheap0 stuff, except it's got some designer's name on it. Freakin' Emporio Armani all come from China and Burberry are made by Fossil. Hahaha. The worst ones are by Hugo Boss and D&G, with their inexact seconds hands. They're bloody awful in terms of quality/make! Still, I got two of these EA watches because I also dig square cases and the pseudo-mechanical gears on the face:

I really should stop buying these crappy things and save up for a real man's watch 8)

I have long thought it would be nice to have a respectable watch (I'm thinking I would probably go with a Tag Heuer if I did spend the bucks fr one) but it's just one of those things where I always have a bunch of other better uses for my disposable income. I have a titanium Fossil right now that isn't too fancy, but holds up well and has higher water resist than most of their models.

Got this in the mail from hashiriya1 yesterday by purchasing a controller and a "grab bag". I was thinking to myself "oh, I probably get a controller, sourviner, and game from the grab bag"

...to a certain extent, yes, but whooooo!

Ewwwww, Heavy Nova..... I had that.
Damn Tim, you know there are quite a few Americans out there who still lives in tents due to this shitty economy, and you're dropping loads on a single game which only last 20 min. Do you think it's fair? How much did you spend this time?

Let's pretend it's not in the pile, plus Exed Exes...and that panchiko game....
Thing though, I don't feel bad having them, until I play them.
