The CPU is a bit on the weak side AFAICT. I'd guess that it's capable of roughly the same gamut as GP2X, but with less frameskipping. The USB host hardware is known to be deeply problematic; as kernel hacker Greg Kroah-Hartman put it:

Possibly, it's just a really bad USB controller chip, combined with a
sad way to hook it up to the processor, combined with with a truly
horrible driver make for the fact that USB works at all on this board a
total miracle.
