Is this included in the Sega Saturn port? If so what do you do to activate it?

The menus are explained here. Follow the link, press Ctrl and F simultaneously, type "sound" and all should be well.
The rear gate is closed down
The way out is cut off

"Arcade gaming" WTF.
I know right, some jouralist out there tried to coin the "neo arcade" or "new arcade" term. I've got a better idea - how about "post-arcade"?
