I've also written a short guide on how to play Coast 2 Coast LAN multiplayer online using Tunngle. I'd want to test it out more though, the last time I did there were some connection issues. Lemme know if you want to try 'n have a race on it.

I see that OutRun 2006 is available on the PC as well - that might be the best option for playing it, at least as far as graphics, framerate, and configuration goes. It should work with my 360 pad, although there's an Amazon review complaining about configuration limitations.

Yeah pad configuration is a bit strange. But it work. I use PS2 pad via adapter.
