Hauppauge HD PVR PSU specs ?

I misplaced my Hauppauge PSU. I assume it's 5V at 2A. Could somebody with a HD PVR check this for me along with the proper polarity needed for a replacement PSU ? Thanks guys!

+5v 2a. Positive polarity.
