Well, unless there's an emulator that lets me use my keyboard without having the controls randomly cut out constantly during gameplay, I'm not likely going to be able to play this week. I can't figure out how to get XM6 to let me use my keyboard at all, and WinX68K High Speed v.95 is the only one to even register my keyboard as there, and that's the one with the controls going nuts (though it works perfectly with Thunder Force II).

So yeah, not looking good for me at the moment.

The game defaults the controls to using numpad 2,4,6,8 for movement. Try going into the config and setting those keys to what you want to use.

That's not the issue. I have the arrow keys for directions, and Z and X as buttons one and two. The problem is, the directional keys are temperamental as hell. I hit left and nothing happens until I hit it a second time, then it works fine for a few seconds, then I have to double tap right to get it to register. But it doesn't do this on the other X68K games I've played on the emulator (that being WinX68K High Speed v.95). And it does this whether I'm hitting the fire button or not. Something's not right, and I can't for the life of me figure out what, since it only affects this game. I'd love to use XM6, but that thing barely even registers my keyboard as being there, regardless of the options I try (though it does let me enable/disable mouse mode).

First attempt. Anyone have any tips for squeezing more points out of this? I've noticed the tiles that give you bonus points if you uncover them, so I suppose locating all of those would be a good place to start, but are there other things to watch out for?

a lot of people have screenshots of their score ^, so i suspect i'm being stupid but for me when it finishes the game goes straight back to the title screen without displaying a score, any ideas?
